Jose did a thorough inspection of my house inside and out. He showed me problem areas and remedied them. Possible places for rodents to get in were closed off. He did his work with professionalism. Hugo and his crew did a fantastic job at my house that’s recently seen rat activity. He provided solutions as well as completed an extensive scan of my home perimeter to determine entry points and blocked them all off. Fredy was good at communicating about the progress of the work, what the team needed in order to gain access to parts of the house, covering the closet to protect contents from dust, etc. He showed us pictures of the work when it was finished and explained the next steps. However, they missed screening a few vents and joints that we will show him when he comes back for the re-check.

Yoni built a new door that leads underneath my house. I told him there was a rat that was in the house that had not been caught when the previous crew proofed the house This rat was wreaking havoc and causing a lot of frustration and making me question Alley Cats promise to remove and proof the house. Yoni’s assistant places traps throughout the house, ensuring my dog would not get to them/. Lo and behold the stealth rat was caught by one of the traps! I am happy I will no longer have to clean out my drawers, cabinets and floors!!
