Anibal was awesome. He was punctual, explained exactly what they would do, and was very efficient. There was a gap in the door in our garage where rats were getting in and he figured out an innovative and elegant solution to block it.

Jelder was fantastic during a trap check. He was fast, efficient, friendly and quickly learned the maze of our crawl space. Found a few new openings that I had missed. A total professional. I hope Jelder is dispatched to do our follow-up trap checks.

Friendly and fast. Unfortunately, missed a key area that needed addressing and when I called alley cat 10 mins after he left to request that they return to complete the job, I was told that he’s already gone for the next job and they can’t come back for 2.5 weeks. Very disappointed that I have to wait such a long time to finish the job after waiting 3 weeks for the first job to get done.

The gentleman arrived on time (as they all have been. He reviewed the crawl space first, then the perimeter of the house. He also let us know that he'd be working in a nearby area if we needed him to come back, which we greatly appreciate.
