This is the second time I have had my house rat proofed by Alley Cat. They did a great job the first time which had to be 10 years ago or so. We recently had extremely small rats in the yard. They are very smart and relentless and figured out ways into the house through our garage and laundry room. We had Alley Cat come out today. They did a thorough job rat proofing the interior and exterior of the house. They moved the refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer to rat proof behind our appliances. They removed the kick plate on our double over to make sure there were no openings below the ovens and they rat proofed below our kitchen sink. They rat proofed the crawl space below our house as well. They additionally sanitized our attic and our garage along with rat proofing both areas. They also added new weather stripping to a missing section on the garage door. They take pictures of their work so you can see how they remedied the issues. I think they did a great job! I also like that they warranty their work for 3 years so if we have more issues we can just call them.

Alley Cat came in May to seal and clean my attic, but I recently started hearing rodent activity again. Hugo came out and thoroughly inspected everything and found 2 entrance holes that were missed the first time. He promptly sealed them up so hopefully this will fix the issue once and for all. I appreciate the fact that Hugo took his time and was very thorough…and was nice too!
