Cat Out Of Glass were exceptionally quick with responding to my enquiry form, and helpful with my questions. They gave me a list of dates to choose from, and were very lenient with my limited availability. We found a date that fit eventually and CJ came and fitted my cat flap within half an hour, he was in and out before I knew it, and my cat is so so happy with her new found freedom! Cat out of glass were amazing, so helpful. We had a very quick response to our enquiry. We had a dual scan micro chip cat flap fitted in a double glazed full length back door. Full marks for this company which fitted a cat flap for me and made an entrance in side gate, for cat to access garden. Sarah in office, answered inquiry and questions quickly and organised quick installation. The fitter CJ was friendly, prompt, tidy and knowledgeable about product and spent extra time reinforcing gate entrance for cat. Thank you both, highly recommended.

Fab service! We needed a cat flap installed in double glazed glass (needed a new panel ordered to have the hole cut out before toughening it). CJ came to measure our door and panel and ordered that for us. The panel was delivered promptly and CJ was able to come fit it in our door as well as install the flap and dispose of our old panel for us. All in all we are super happy with the result. Took a couple days before our cat finally felt comfortable to use it but safe to say our cat is now happy he can move around freely and we don’t need to keep a door wedged open during the day! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a cat flap fitted

After having issues with another company that didn't appear to know what customer service was and left me waiting two weeks after measuring up before I had to contact them to see why the delay, and then getting a poor response and no real reason, I set about speaking to 5 other companies and requesting quotes. Getting a cat flap in glass was really daunting as I read reviews about the glass not being in place properly and all sorts, so I wanted a company I could trust. Thankfully after seeing positive reviews I contacted cat out of glass and got an immediate response from Sarah, and it was a weekend, which other traders seemed to go silent. Within a day I had the measurements sent to Sarah and a week later CJ was booked to come and do the fitting. So quickly organised and great customer service from start to finish. All completed today and my family and I are so happy with the result. These guys are epic and deserve every star as they understand how to work with customers, how to deliver great service and even understand aftercare which I find lacking with some traders. Cat Out Of Glass - first class. We had been struggling to find someone to fit a cat flap in a wall, and then discovered the service offered here, meaning we could simply replace one slim double glazing panel to include a cat flap rather than having to tunnel through the thicker kitchen walls. The ordering process was extremely simple, thanks to the detailed instructions COOG provided.
