When it came to fitting the new glass it was carried out swiftly and most professionally. The level of service was absolutely brilliant in every aspect of the process. Sarah was quick to reply, her emails and texts were clear and professional. Every detail had been well considered and left no scope for confusion. Texts were sent to remind us of the fitting appointment and even a follow up email to remind us to complete the warranty on the cat flap.
