After receiving an initial quote from another fitter for several hundred (I admit I was naive with installing having relied on family previously). I did some research and found this company. Very knowledgeable from the off, prompt with responses and just a very professional and superb service for a fraction of the previous quote. Excellent self measuring guide, clear instructions and very helpful staff - thank you Sarah. CJ arrived in the timeframe given and was quick, courteous, and an immaculate job. He even helped moved the old glass to my basement. Can't fault this company at all and would thoroughly recommend!

They were reasonably priced. The fitter was quick and efficient and the cats like looking through the clear glass. The catflap is quiet and doesn't flap back and forth like my old one.

Cat Out Of Glass did an excellent job of fitting our cat flap. We have a panelled uPVC front door and other companies said they wouldn't fit a cat flap on this type of door. COOG reassured us it was possible and came and did the job in quick time. The result is neat and tidy, the choice of cat flap is perfect for our 2 kitties and Sarah & CJ from COOG were lovely to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more!

Cats are getting on very well with the cat flap, especially the Tom. We don't have to keep getting up to let them in and out, worth the money for this alone! But having peace of mind that they can come in and out whilst we're not there is important. Money well spent all round. Thank you for a lovely quick service and installation.

Mimi cat is very happy to be able to go outside and back in again when she wants to - she very quickly learnt how to use the cat flap. It’s also good to be able to lock it when I need her to stay in.
