Very prompt response when I made enquiries. Easy to self measure the window where the cat flat was being fitted with the instructions given by cat out of glass. I didn’t have to wait long at all for the cat flap to be fitted and CJ was really professional and friendly. The fitting took less than 30 mins and it was fitted on a Sunday which was great for us. Sarah was incredibly helpful when enquiring about the cat door, a quote and appointment were sent out promptly and a visit was arranged within a few days. CJ was great help with regards to what cat flap we could use with our patio doors on his visit and answered all my questions with regards to security. The glass itself was prepared quick than advised and CJ returned to fit the new pane without any issues, again answering any questions we had. Fantastic communication from Sarah throughout, and CJ was really, really helpful with a great suggestion for an adaptation I could easily make, to ensure easier access for the cat from outside, which I had been really struggling to find a simple solution to! Sarah even followed up the installation visit with links to both register the cat flap and info on how to programme it, too. Can’t recommend Cat Out Of Glass enough. Recently had a microchip cat clap installed in a double glazed glass door panel. Sarah was super responsive, informative and friendly, both in response to my initial enquiry and all follow up, keeping me updated at every step of the process. Excellent service-fast response and every question was answered before I even had to ask. Workmanship was superb-we had a wooden window frame & I was prepared to have to make good, but it was such a neat job it only needs touching up. Only took a day to train the cat too & that was the hardest part! Highly recommend.
