The secure website based service is convenient and easy. It allows you to save progress so that getting everything done in one sitting is not necessary. Documents can be uploaded and saved. The forms are straightforward and easy, leaving the technical side to the accountant. Email can be used on the site for any questions or answers regarding your filing. My accountant is good at maintaining contact without harassing me for missing information. A draft filing is available to be reviewed before you pay any fees for the service. If there are any errors the corrections cannot be seen on the draft which happened for the first time this year (past years no errors occurred). That lost one star from my review.

Greenback Tax services is a very trustable company, serious business about helping Expats American community with our annual tax season.
