Greenback was easy to work with. Pricing is transparent and they were very responsive. Setting up an account was straightforward. I did have to contact them because the forms I wanted weren't in the set up but they responded quickly and provided what I wanted. They seem to do what they offer well. If you need multiple forms and your federal, state taxes I recommend looking in to other options who pay by the hour as a comparison. The cost can add up. If I had used them last year when I needed multiple 3520 and 3520A due to several accounts it would have cost me almost 3 times as much as the tax firm I used.
