The Greenback website and processes are simple and straightforward. My accountant is able to accept my home accounting system reports and my share market trading journals and reports, so I don't have to rekey that. All tax forms are unpleasant and scary, but Greenback has helped to make US Tax preparation less scary.

I'm comparing this to using local accountants in London, which charged multiples more for poorer service. In a post COVID world, local accountants want to only communicate through email, and I see no value add or relationship to be had with them. Greenback provided superior service meant for remote communication. I will definitely use again next year.
