Ordered this mower on line and almost straight away received a phone call stating that the item was out of stock at the moment and would I be prepared to wait. I agreed that I would and when It was due in I received it the next day. The same day I phoned them and ordered a hedge trimmer and received that the next day. Very pleased with their service.

My experience of dealing with Mowers and Spares has been excellent. No problems at any stage of the transactions.

The Good: The lawnmower is great and the price and delivery speed all good. The Bad: 1. The lawnmower was delivered damaged. The roller is in 2 parts and these had popped apart and could not be popped back. I decided to disassemble the mower to get it all back as it should be and this took about 2 hours but for me a better choice than the hassle of returns and not being able to cut the grass. Packing needs improvement and or the delivery man needs to take more care. 2. Other than the brand label falling off the lawn mower chassis which I have seen other people comment on all is good.

I placed an order for this item and it was in stock at a bargain price. Later that night my order gets cancelled and the very next day the shop has the same item for sale at higher price and when you question the shop they fob you off with some rubbish excuse that the old stock had run out. I would certainly avoid this company as they are trying to rip customers off.

Bought an ariens mower described as having a side discharge feature which I think is a mistake and may be on the American model grass only comes out at the rear rather disappointed with misleading description not 3 in1😠 grumpy and grassy
