So i phoned mower spares and talked to a real person on a saturday morning, He phoned me back within half an hour with an alternative part which arrived tuesday and fitted and worked perfectly. Ordered a lawn dethatcher and an aerator on a Monday evening, received a call on the Tuesday morning from Liam saying one item not in stock I changed the item for one in stock and true to form was delivered on the Wednesday. The only reasons I have not given a 5* rating is shortly after placing my order I had a pile of junk e-mail hitting my inbox. This could well have been a concidence hence 4*. The garden truck was very sturdy and well made although people need to appreciate they will need tools for assembley and a foot pump for the tyres. It was exactly what I was looking for and if anything I dont think the site description sold it enough and the pictures could have been better. after placing my order I realised i would be out on the day of delivery and they quickly arranged to deliver the following day. I ordered several parts to repair my Bosch mower. All parts were available, the main piece took several weeks to arrive from Germany (obviously not their fault). I needed parts for a Homelite blower which is many years old. They weren't in stock unsurpringly but Mowers and Spares sourced and delivered them fairly quickly.

The tow along rake is made from good quality thick section steel. The illustrated instructions make assembly relatively easy, though a second pair of hands makes the whole thing easier. We were very satisfied with the finish assembled item.

The part was, what i ordered and it arrived in good time and worked well when fitted, also the availability was good and was easy to find, but the cost of the postage was extremely high for the size part i ordered and for this reason i have only given 3 stars, other than that it was a good experience.
