I was unsure if I could just order some tests to keep at home or if I had to be going on holiday. I sent an email quite late that evening and was so pleased to get a reply a few minutes later, putting my mind at rest. Excellent service.

Ordered my test on Monday night. This is now Thursday night, you're asking me to rate my experience but I haven't even received my test yet. I would recommend you enforce a better delivery system as my covid will be gone by the time you get my test returned and I will have wasted £40.

Found out I didn’t need a fit to fly test and David has managed to cancel the order for me outside the window for cancellations. A total super star !

I'm afraid I ordered these almost a week ago and still not here also paying for rapid testing and next day delivery ordered well before 4pm as stated on the website. We now need to book a rapid test in Edinburgh for tomorrow as these still have not arrived and we fly on Sunday.

I paid £6 extra for next day delivery, but it took 2 days to arrive. I haven’t been offered a refund either.

Ordered a home test kit on Monday at 12:41pm. Paid the extra £15 for a an answer within 12 hours. Website said if i ordered when I did I could get next day delivery so I paid the extra £3 on top. It is now Wednesday night and the test has still not arrived meaning its useless because even if it now turns up tomorrow I will not be able to get the results in time. I therefore had to pay for another "in clinic" test today and the £58 I paid to testngo has been a complete waste. Do not use this service if you have a need for the results within a certain time.

on Monday sent test to you before 11am. today Wednesday 6pm no result. tomorrow we're flying at 10am. just bought an airport test for £ 90. we are upset and will ask for your money back

Very stressful and not even sure to get the certificate on time with Royal mail being "striking"
