Test arrived too late. Delivery date was supposed to be two days before holiday but arrived 3 days into the holiday, thank goodness I didn’t rely on this!

Ordered test kits on Monday with testngo they stated that order would arrive on 48 hour delivery. They advised that test kits would arrive on Wednesday. order never arrived Wednesday then royal mail advised that order would now arrive after 3.oopm Thursday???? so advised testngo about this plus other concerns. they replied with stock answer "your order WILL be delivered on Wednesday " so anyway Wednesday came and went! Thursday afternoon at 1.00pm still no delivery and we now have to leave for our holiday and no test kits. So we now have 2 days to find alternative and testngo wont even give you a phone no. To call them on in an emergency disgraceful!! We've lost over £50. With testngo And still unsure if we'll get on our cruise. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no concern for customers whatsoever 😤😤😤

Ordered 2 fit 2 fly antigen tests and received them within days. I paid for express results to receive the certificates within 6 hours to avoid anxiety. When I did the tests and sent the images off, the certificates did not come back for 8.5 hours. This was fine as we didn’t fly until the morning however I began to think this website was a scam as the people I spoke to kept telling me ‘5minutes’ ‘your results will be there in 20minutes’ Obviously hearing this constantly and waiting another 2.5 hours caused massive anxiety. Wasn’t worth paying the extra for express results.

I paid for a 24 hour delivery but I received it in 48 hours. I asked for the postage to be refunded but it wasn’t. I realise it wasn’t a significant amount of money but that isn’t the point. It’s about customer service and getting what you pay for!

Fast delivery and return of results within 3 hours. The instructions were a little confusing, as it asked for a 7 digit TBR number and mine was 6. When I opened a chat, she said that was not the right number, and I would need further support from another member of staff. Turns out the 6 digit number was the one I needed. Alls well that ends well, but did cause a bit of panic, and instructions could be a bit clearer.
