Ordered tests three hours later was told that the restrictions had been lifted in Spain I emailed to cancel and for a refund but was told no . Disappointed as I know other companies do refund part of the payment back. Would choose a more reputable company if needed in future. The tests haven't even arrived yet!!!!

Good price, good delivery so I would recommend testngo. A bit strange that they came as 25 individualy packed boxes, when the illustrated just a large box.

Let me tell you where this has gone wrong, I ordered these kits on the 19/10/2022, company promises to deliver next day and I'm still waiting and it's the 23/10/22. The price is cheap but the waiting time is rediculous

Ordered the tests on Wednesday night as I was running out and had Covid. Still haven’t turned up so had to go out and buy some in order to know I could go out again. Waste of money.

Paid for next day delivery, but it didn’t arrive for 3 days

Not received yet, tracked with Royal Mail and still not yet ready to be delivered. Ordered on Tuesday and it’s Saturday today

Reasonable price, fast delivery. Only downside is a lot of packaging for 25 tests.
