It hasn't arrived yet! Updated Review: Product did arrive as stated by TestnGo. However, TestnGo should factor mail stikes etc into their automted follow up emails, which would mean I would not have had to give a negative review in the first place!

Great fast service.

We needed a verified test to board a cruise in Seattle. The video call option from testngo was far far cheaper than getting tested at the port. Tests were delivered within 3 days, good communication and reminders re time of video call. Test was verified and our result was emailed in less than 6 hours

Tests are good quality - my only issue is that I ordered 15 and they came in individual packaged boxes . I thought this was a waste of packaging on a Multibuy.

Bought 5 LFTs. The first one I opened was missing a swab. The second one had a swab. The others have not yet been opened.

Ordered a test Monday night. Was on a 48 hour delivery. So I would have thought sent Tuesday arrive Wednesday…..no wasn’t even dispatched till the Wednesday then today 13/10 being a postal strike I am yet to receive them. By the time they come I’ll be negative!
