I mean they were fine but I didn’t even need to use the results to enter Spain. Test n go as a business provided great customer service etc. but… realistically this whole industry should be nipped in the bud

Really hard to use. Website wouldn’t let you type anything in a few of the sections. Had to keep refreshing until it finally worked. Really really poor

I ordered a certificate and it never arrived. I was advised to check junk mail, which I did. I was then advised to wait and check again in a few hours, still nothing. Online chat advisor said they would look into it. I have now requested a refund.

Trying to find best value tests & very impressed with the service from TestnGo. Great value compared to elsewhere - £6 for 4 they are £2 each at Tesco. Managed to buy multiples as well which is good right now as have Covid & 3 of us in the household so go through them quickly!!

I ordered the kits from you because delivery was quoted for th next day however they did not arrive until 3 days later…apart from that everything was in order.

Test haven’t arrived. Tracking said Royal Mail would deliver this morning (10/09/2022) but didn’t.
