Happy with service and quick delivery. Their clear explanations, examples and instructions for dual fuel heating elements helped me make an informed purchase which gave me confidence in their products.

We bought 4 radiators from Geser last autumn when we opened the boxes one of the radiators was badly damaged. Geyser would not accept responsibility for this as we had not told them within 48 hours of delivery. However the label on the box said we should notify if the boxes were damaged. They were completely undamaged. We had a terrible battle to get Geyser staff to accept responsibility for the damage and one lady Jeanette Moulton , was quite rude and stated the problem was mine entirely as I had notified them within the time limit. It was only when I said I would need to involve MasterCard to invoke their warranty and Trading Standards that the same lady changed her tune and gave us replacement radiator free of charge. She was still rude and I got no apology for the aggravation I had been given and the extra costs I had incurred because of the damage. I would advise others not to buy from Geyser and ,although we will need 4 more radiators this June I will not be getting them from Geyser unless I can get assurance the above problem will not recur

I had to replace two radiators in a child's bedroom, as being aluminium, they banged and clanked when warming up and cooling down. Fortunately I found Geyser on-line and decided, having spoken to their very helpful and informative sales team, to buy two Circolo radiators. I am not disappointed. These are seriously well made steel radiators, that give off an effective and pleasant amount of heat. The controls are efficient, allowing for good control. These particular radiators look very nice as well. Thoroughly recommended. I had reason to email the after-sales team and got the reply I wanted by return, within an hour, which is impressive.

I initially wanted a heated towel rail that was erroneously listed on the website, so I went through a delivery and return of an item that didn't fit. I'd still give Geyser Radiators 5 stars, as the whole process was very supportive and professional and I'm extremely happy with the final product.

Sales were helpful and knowledgeable. We had a difficulty at our end and After Sales could not have been more professional, willingly giving advice.

We were looking hard for about a dozen stylish aluminium radiatiors for our house renovation project in Hampshire and getting really frustrated by the lack of options. We found plenty of online setters, but we wanted to touch/feel/see before be invested more than £4,000. We found Geyser at an unmanned permanent exhibition at the Swindon Bational Sef Build and Renovation Centre - they had many styles on show which stood out and afterwards we were mailed a full large colour brochure. We travelled to their amazing showroom in Lancashire (v close to motorway network) where there were hundreds of radiatiors on show with very helpful sales people. We were sat down in front of a computer going though options on a room by room basis. We refined the choices over the phone later and on exactly the day we wanted, delivery of all radiatiors went like clockwork - all well packaged. We went for silver (there were 3 other colours) aluminium rads - some upright, some landscape and the choice of styles ensured we could have amazing BTU output, taking up the minimum of wall space.

I was looking for a couple of large high output radiators to use in a renovation project and after being around most of Edinburgh's suppliers without success decided to go 'online'. Was not disappointed with the products or the service that we were provided with. When the plumbers had a few questions Geyser were on hand to provide all the technical details.

Radiator options are excellent and staff are very friendly & patient. Would strongly recommend a visit to the showroom.

We bought a radiator which said it was cream but when we opened it was to check before our plumber installed it in our new kitchen it was grey. We returned it to the showroom and given an alternative radiator and when we brought it home there was a part missing. The part was delivered personally to us 3 hours later with an apology and a small bar of chocolate. Not a good recommendation but happy with the radiator.
