Was my first time getting my little dog groomed,I’m very happy and she was looking lovely..

Been taking my dog since she was a puppy and she loves going!! She runs straight through the store to the groom room. We use the one in Pity Me Durham and the guy there always does an amazing job, he remembers all of the dogs names and is so great with them. Massive thank you from Lola and us :)

Very lovely service, my puppy came out looking great! They give great feedback on what he did and didn’t like as part of the puppy groom service. He even got a cute bandana! Highly recommend this if you’re wondering where to take your puppy for their first groom, and he’s 20kg and was only £30!

Sadly a groomer leaving Falmouth Groom Room had an impact on me the customer when it did not need to. Communication was lacking in the system/management of the diary, the customer and the dogs. For the last 3+ years I have received second to none service for both my dogs and my own expectations. Why should change of staff impact any end user. Disappointing to say the least.

My usual grooming service was full. So were The Grooming Room. However they called with a cancellation. Firstly I was well impressed with how my dog took to them. He’s a good judge of character. Staff were really friendly. His cut was done exactly as I wanted it. Nails clipped too. I’m booked to go back. I highly recommend here.

My partner dopped my Bichon off yesterday for the dearest groom. The girl asked do you want a bichon cut. He said yes, like he is now but shorter, but whatever you do don't scalp him. The girl said fine and said he'll be done in an hour. This concerned me as he's never been cut in an hour. They rang 2 hrs later to say he's ready. What a shambles. The cut is uneven all over his body, his head is a mess more like a badly cut poodle. Doesn't look like my dog, the most terrible cut he's ever had. I couldn't go back today as been working a long shift.. but I will. Feel ashamed to walk him. Looks like I've hacked at him myself and been charged £57 dearest cut I've ever paid for and that's including where I normally take him which they specialise in bichon cuts. But we messed up our appointment and she had nothing until October. So I couldn't leave him. Wish I had now! Absolutely furious!

I was blown away with this lady . Jenny . absolutely so calming to my very nervous Yorkie paddy We went back a little early .just to see. Her grooming him from a distance. You could tell how gently she was grooming him and .stoking him .her colleague help to cut his nails .. sorry I never asked her name. I would not hesitate to bring my beautiful paddy back again. .I have to say every member of staff were very helpful Amazing Thank you Other parlour s could learn a few things from this lady .

The girls are so lovely & friendly - they have a genuine love of dogs, which fills you with confidence when you’re leaving your precious four legged friend with them. They listen to exactly how you want your dog to be clipped & carry it out well. Appointments run on time & your dog is ready to be collected when they say it will be.

Terrible service at Poole. We have a big, curly haired dog. We brush him everyday and take great care of him. It seems the people in Poole are a bit put off by what they perceive to be a ‘big job’. Tried to blame it on a skin condition, called the vet over, vet said it was fine, no bother. Then blamed it on ‘matting’. Needless to say, we got a cancellation booking elsewhere where they were complimentary of how he was kept! Bizarre people, filthy clothes, barely any teeth and an attitude to match.

The staff were all lovely and friendly. The lady who looked after our puppy Maybelle was wonderful. Friendly, informative and excellent with Maybelle. Such a lovely experience for us all and a lovely trim and tidy . She smelt wonderful. Thank you ! We will be back soon 🖤

I love the Groom Room, the lady there who is usually looking after my dog is very helpful, always explains everything and gives you options. I was not happy with the groomers I been attending before...my Maltese' hair is not easy to look after but since started bringing my dog here...he always looks great after , he is so fluffy , perfectly cut , smells so nice and he is calm and happy while being there. I recommend this place ❤️

The lady at the desk was polite and professional with clear communication. Our Foster dog, a deer hound which has long hair had a professional wash and I'm very satisfied with the results. Will definitely be coming back.
