Staff were rude. Seen that my dog was anxious didn’t even try and comfort the dog and make it feel at ease. Didn’t do what I asked from the groom. Dog was shaking on arrival and just looked horrified. Will not be going back!

Tammy just knows what we like and she never fails! Always remembers ILO, notice that she always gives him lots of cuddles of which he loves and ILO loves her.

Staff are great with my dog Stella I feel confident leaving her there , she always looks lovely when done highly recommended

Oscar was very excitable but was made to feel at ease throughout his time at the salon. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Jojo at belfast groom room is simply AMAZING. She is so patient , talented and kind.

I took my little shi tzu for a full groom he had a few tats but I asked not to completely shave him. And he was . I came back at the allocated time so there was no more work on him than I usual groom. I was told I had to pay 57.00 ten pound more. I think this was very wrong. The price is high enough with out put extra money on. I had brought the dog I had before this little pup. I was a regular customer. Now I not b back . Think it was a rip off. They lost a customer I will normally b back but I won't after this

Tried to cancel the appointment the night before , unable to get through . Tried first thing in the morning , went through to the vet receptionist , who was lovely and sent me to the front desk , they said wrong number but passed the phone to the girls . They said you will loose your deposit , tried to explain I have been trying to call. Said I will be there in 5 minutes and they said too late now we have another dog in. Waiting for head office to confirm the refund of the deposit .
