The girl who was on the desk was really friendly and helpful and went through everything I needed to know. Looked clean considering it's a groom room but overall experience was great and put my mind at ease with it being my pups first time getting groomed.

Don't do it! My dog was fine having his claws groomed at our local groomers but they weren't available so we took them to the groom room. They had to call us because he was becoming very stressed and now when he has his claws cut he is scared and aggressive. Thanks for that BTW groom room. Aught to be shut down!!!

I was listened to as I needed my boy really stripped back and needed a lot of fur removed. He came out looking and smelling wonderful and is so much cooler with all this heat.

The groomer was extremly rude on two occasions. I made a mistake with the booking so was turned away. I didn’t mind being turned away it was the manner it was done. I felt humiliated in front of other customers. It has put me off going back. I have since found an alternative groomer as it was easier to speak to some one. I am hoping it’s a good service and so will consider alternative options.

**KEEP AWAY** Just taken my dog to pets at home groom room St Albans. When I collected her the cut was so bad long hairs on her tail, legs and ears. Such a shabby cut and they just don’t care. I’ll never go back to pets at home
