This was our first visit to the Groom Room, staff were really polite and informative, my dog came back to me perfectly cut and was nervous before he went in but seemed very happy and energetic when he left so obviously had been taken care of. Will definitely come back again for his next groom.

I was really happy with Brambles forest puppy groom. She looked and smelled lovely. I was told what would happen and given feedback on how Bramble was. The only downside was that Bramble decided to pee in the crate and sit in it just as I picked her up, but that was Brambles fault 😆

Awful service very unprofessional staff and lack of transparency, my dog went for a full dog groom and came back full of cuts and bleeding which I discovered when we got home, the groomers did not inform me about this and even the cut was patchy, very poor service for the price paid.

Not great, arrived said I had an appointment, girl didn’t even speak just looked at computer without even speak or greet. Then handed me form to sign but was all very robotic. Wouldn’t use again….. customer service skills need training!

They looked after Ziggy very well. It was his second visit and he was a little uncertain but they calmed him quickly and he looked like a little fluffy cloud when we picked him up. Thank you.

Sputnik went in looking a tad scruffy and a little worried, and came out looking gorgeous and very chilled Thank you so.much.

This was our first time a a professional groomers. So wasn't sure what to expect. But everyone was so helpful and friendly. Snowy appeared after, all nice and soft and felt like a puppy even though he's 9 years old. Couldn't recommend them any higher than Great . Will be returning when he need more treatments.
