My pup’s last groom was in May with the branch in Ashton under lyne . Greater Manchester. I rebook , then they are fond of cancelling on the day or day before , leaving you with no other choices . Our appt for tomm has just been cancelled by them again . Then they blame my pet that she needs two people and other staff is ill, which is the usual story. Cancelling my appointments last minutes isn’t a good service. This has happened up to 5 times with this groomers since I’ve been using them for a year plus. I will be looking for a more reliable and friendly groomers .

My dog is very excitable and noisy when he goes to the groomers or the vets. The groomers are all very patient with his toddler tantrums and he always looks very smart when I collect him.

We took my mother's elderly Shitzhou to the Kingsteignton branch today and cannot praise them enough. Charlie has always been difficult to groom and gets very stressed. The girls made a fuss of him and put him at his ease. We were delighted when we picked him up. Not only was he perfectly groomed but was happy and contented. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you ladies, we will see you again soon!

we took our dog Zeus to the groom room in beckton east london.Zeus is usually an agressive dog to people and other dogs. we had warned the groomers he is aggressive, and this was his first visit ,they didnt seemed fased, they reassured us he would be fine, surprisingly to us, he was, they even took his muzzle off and he sat on two of the groomers laps.They called us when he was finished to say he had been excellent. They were amazing with zeus,he came out happy and contentented,they definately get a five star from us

Friendly , knowledgeable staff . They always show care towards my dog and keep me posted about appointment if any changes are required. This time I got a phone call as a shorter cut was needed.

As usual, a great visit to the groom room for my German Shepherd puppy, nice and clean, and smelling sweet. She looks really beautiful, and well groomed. Always a very high standard.
