Absolutely disgusting. Booked my short haired dog for a short haired groom. She has a few long hairs from her winter coat which I expected to be dealt with along with the groom. Collected her and on the drive home I noticed the sparse long hairs were still there, I called them and drove her straight back! £47 is alot of money, this included a deshed, I was told that yes she is short haired but I shouldn't expect them to trim her!!! Shocking, they did rectify THEIR mistake but I'll NEVER take either of my dogs there again, in fact I cancelled an appointment for my other dog as she's 11 and I don't trust them whatsoever. I'm doubting they even washed my dog, she didn't and doesn't smell clean. This was the CANNOCK STORE. BE VERY AWARE. SHOCKING TREATMENT AND BLAMED ME! They took my dog, never discussed my expectations and STILL took £47 of my hard earned money.

Friendly and capable staff. My dog is always happy when she arrives and leaves. Staff usually ask how I want her groomed although this time it was shorter than usual

Staff member was lovely. Very understanding in grooming my young, reactive dog. They were patient and gentle with her. I would highly recommend.

As Always excellent service from Millie & Poppy, our dogs are always looked after so well. One of them is usually very nervous and he has never been with them, the dogs just love going. The service is always excellent and professional definitely recommend.

I have been using this groom room for years and have been really happy until the last year or so. I telephoned to check my appointment date for the two dogs to be groomed and was told it’s the 12th July, but they can only do one the other will have to wait until August due to no staff!!! This appointment was made on my last groom months ago, as a regular customer I find this unacceptable, and if I hadn’t called when I did when would I have found this out? The grooms are scheduled on a regular basis, and need there groom on time to wait for another few weeks is appalling.

Good groom Nice people, attention to detail good listen to the owner. My dog seems ok when I collect him. Good timing, was told an hour and half. Dog was ready when I went to collect. Very efficient, good system they have in place

Kind, groomers did as requested

I arrived yesterday to see Frank (the manager) tugging on my dogs ears whilst brushing with my dog yelping in pain. Everytime my dog, Mabel moved he shouted NO in her face! I arrived slightly early so could see what was going on, although Frank didn’t know I was there. Unfortunately the girl I have used for the past 3 years has left to go on maternity leave. I get constant calls to rearrange my appointment, it’s extremely disorganised, the girl on the desk was less enthusiastic and yawning. Her claws have only been clipped on one paw so now I have long claws on her other leg….i will officially be making a complaint to head office as well as posting on social media about this service and to warn others. I drove home in tears and was too upset to even confront Frank. I will never return again.

Fantastic patient staff

The staff were helpful and treated the pups well. Also they called to check what cut was wanted for Bear as he has been shaved on his tummy due to his illness and his cut was very considerate.

Freddy looked and smelt amazing

Very friendly and the service was excellent. My dog was well taken care of and his coat looked and smelt great afterwards.
