Couldn’t recommend maddie enough. She’s excellent at her job, grooms my dog perfectly and makes my anxious puppy calm.

Because I understood that my dog was difficult from the previous groomers (not sure what that meant myself) I was so worried about her going to you yourselves, also if she would be stressed. But, I needn't have worried at all, she came out happy and looking cool and beautiful. The lady who had groomed her said she had been really good.

Took my 2 dogs as usual charged my an extra £10 cos shi su was matted £10 to take mats out and shaved her to the bone anyway my poodle I was disgusted with they butchered the wee man although that is the third time I've been there in 7 months and ears and nails never done I even question if they washed my 2 dogs as left in at 3pm and both were done by 5.30 pm my experience was traumatising as my dogs are the only company I have so so disappointed.

We always have a five star experience in The groomroom at Arnison Ctr, Durham with Joanna. I wouldn’t let anyone else groom my dogs. However due to the increase in cost at £55 per dog I think I’m going to have to look elsewhere as £110 every 6/8 weeks is extortionate.

My dog loves going there and runs in as soon as they open the gate and comes out looking fresh and clean.

Appointment cancelled with no warning

The staff etc are great. You permanently having £15 of my money in a continuous ‘deposit’ is ridiculous.

Not the best grooming services. Dogs fur still tangled despite not being full grown from start.

I had an appointment booked for 7 weeks, when I went in they said the appointment wasn’t there. Then I receive a text to rate my experience. Absolutely appalled by the service.
