Joanna and the team are great. Hector (our Standard Poodle) goes in and comes out a happy chap. He must Love his pamper and attention from Joanna and the team at Vets4pets Durham. Highly recommend. Looks great too.

Excellent customer service

I made an appointment for grooming two months ago, but was cancelled two weeks ago due to unforeseeable circumstances. I then called them to get the refund of deposit first and will re-book later when availability opens again. At first, they could not find any record of my paying the deposit two months ago. Lucky enough, their staff at the Solihull groom room, Julia, was very helpful and she relentlessly searched everywhere to find my payment. She was polite and professional all the way and went the extra mile of helping me, as at some point, I almost gave up. Thanks and will continue to support !

I brought my dog in for a bath and full deshed (short, smooth hair but needed his coat stripping for season change and was shaking fur everywhere!) He was very soft when I picked him up, but still damp and the fur was flying off him! I had to give him a thorough brush when I got home and the fur was still coming off! Plus, when I went to pay she wanted to charge me £40 something, however I had paid a £15 deposit. I queried it, she challenged it, but I was firm I’d paid a deposit, and after a couple of minutes charged me twenty something instead. So I paid £40+ for nothing!

Arrived today with my Newfoundland for our booking, made in April, to find it had been cancelled but no one had taken the time to discuss the cancellation with us or to let us know.

Apparently there was a mix up with my booking and I was moved to a different date and time . Sadly no one bothered to let me know. Was not impressed.

When going for my appointment I was told I did not have a booking. Once they found it they told me that they have had lots of staff leave and someone should’ve rang to cancel. A courtesy call would’ve been nice to let me know it was cancelled

I love taking my dog to the groom room in Stockport. They love my dog and always do an excellent job.

Very slow. Checking in/out is always so so slow!!! It’s so annoying and I’m going to be changing groomers now. My appointment was at 10am but now because you seem to offer walk in nail clippings and some other dog was there, my dog wasn’t taken in until 10.30. I make plans around my dogs groom and it delayed me that day. Weird how you can’t get an appointment easily yet there’s plenty time for walk in nail clippings. Ridiculous place gone massively down hill.

Me and my brother Sir Benjen Bark, first of his name, visited the Spa at Winwick for our regular pamper and groom session. A warm welcome as always from the staff and in the wag of a tail we were in the bath…. Spa treatments are always a must at this venue. Lots of stokes and pats as we were pampered to our doggy hearts content. Highly recommend the blueberry facial - we smell amazing and quite tasty too. Will definitely be back. No ruff edges anymore.
