Fabulous grooming for a collie and a duck toller. Great friendly staff who really do care for the dogs. Definitely recommend taking your fur babies here. We go to the ARNISON Centre in Durham.

My pup was a little nervous to go in but the staff were very calm and professional and cheerfully coaxed him in. He came out a very shiny, clean boy and they said he’d been good as gold which is testament to their expertise.

First class service, we have been using the Brentford Groom room for over 10 years and would not go to any other groomers, polite, courteous and very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them, keep up the excellent work Thank you 👍🌟🌟👍

If a trainee groomer is clipping my dog i dont want to pay the ame as a qualified groomer. I am so cross with his constant bad cuts . I have mentioned that im not pleased with a certain groomer and was mortified when i got my boy there. This week she was the chosen 1 to clip him Even on the check of him she grabbed his beard tightly . I have never seen this done before. He didnt look happy about it either.!!! He has tufts on his head that have been missed again . I wouldn't pay £55 for my hair cut and leave with such a bad hair cut. Why is this acceptable for my dog. I only keep hoing pn the hope that he has the nice lady that has been there some time . If his next groom is not good i wont be going back.

I was treated with kind friendly respect, had a very nice chat about the important work my hearing dog Mimi does. I watched Mimi in the arms of one groomer & she was very relaxed. I was very impressed with their professionalism & friendly approach to their work & animals I saw them working on. I would rate them a 10 but you only gave me 5 stars.

The groom room has recently changed hands, and I can’t express how happy we are with the service we now receive! We have a dog who can be timid, touchy due to previous surgery. It used to take 2 of the old staff to groom him, the new staff manage with ease with just 1 groomer!!! Fantastic service, our boys wash and cut has been incredible since the new owners came in THANKYOU

The groom room in Chingford, they never answer the phone calls and you have to leave message but they never come back. I received a text saying please reply if you have any question if you want to change your appointment but they never replied my enquiry. It took over two hours but it wasn’t as good as the groom room in Loughton. It was uneven.

The girls treated our anxious little dog with patience and care and performed a lovely groom. Daisy was happy when we returned to collect her and looked and smelt great. Will definitely re visit.

Staff are friendly and polite. They do their best to accommodate customers but they seem disorganised and keep people waiting too long when checking in a pet.

They are excellent groomers. I am always happy with their work. My dog is always happy to go. They always take good care of him.
