Cancelled my dogs groom a few hours before the appointment, pathetic service.

My cockapoo was completely scalped, didn't make him look nice at all. His paws are red and sore because they went far to short, never shaped them or anything. Worst £60 iv ever spent, doesn't even look like my dog, let alone a cockapoo

Great groom. The groomer quickly assessed a great cut for my mixed breed terrier. Since his groom I have been on holiday & received so many compliments on his cut.the cost of the groom was reasonable as well.Looking forward to his next appointment.

Groom room in Taunton have the most loving team. I was very nervous with my dog going in as I’ve always bathed her at home due to her not being social . her age and mobility can not do our stairs now , but boy did they do a fab job they put my mind at rest and I’m deffinately going back they love your dog like you love your dog . And took her nails down lovely more than our vets do at more than half the price .she looks so much happier now , I recommend the groom room in Taunton and I’m going back every time I need them from now on . Thankyou your my hero’s 👍

The best place ever to take your dog.

I wanted to set an appointment and I was under the impression that I had one. Later, I found out that my appointment was not set.

I take my 2 x Cockapoo here every six weeks but the last two times on the day I received a call from them saying someone had called in sick and was unable to groom them this is totally unacceptable as if I cancelled on the day charges would be sent to me. I will never take my dogs here again previously had to pay an additional charge as they said my dog had fleas (not true) and also nicked my dogs ear and was bleeding 👎👎👎👎👎👎

My dog had his ear cut by the groomer which needed vets intervention which is totally unacceptable. The price has gone up by £9 a dog which means that we are now considering to no longer use the groom room. The price is prohibitive. £110 for two dogs!!!

Great service! My dog Murphy is very anxious and it’s a bit of a struggle getting him in. Millie & Poppy are very patient and accommodating to his needs. Thanks Girls wonderful dog groomers!

Fabulous service as always

Coco had her monthly groom yesterday. The Professional and friendly groomer was on time and now she looks fantastic again. I felt at ease leaving Coco in his care.

I’m very pleased with the service at the groom room. They really look after my dog and you can see genuine affection for him. He comes to me so clean and soft and smells wonderful. Highly recommended them.

Three dogs all groomed to perfection. Happy and given lots of fuss. The ladies do a fantastic job.
