The progressive, second-generation family business provides waste management services to the industrial, commercial and construction industries. Collecting waste with its fleet of trade refuse, skip, tipper, grab and walking floor articulated vehicles, it transports materials to its own recycling facilities where they are transformed into high value products such as cardboard, paper, washed sands, biomass for energy and animal bedding.

I'm a Scout leader and we need a skip to dispose of the unsaleable goods after our jumble sale. For the third year, we used NWH and for the third year they were excellent. This year, Shiv in the office and Les in the lorry cab were super-efficient and friendly - but so were their colleagues in previous years. They provide exactly the service we need (even if the price is quite high).

I've been dealing with NWH since I started my current position a few months ago - Michelle our account manager has been very helpful on any occasion I've needed information or changes to our account. We recently had a rapid increase in our waste and the Glasgow team were great with a quick emptying of our skip and arrangement of a larger unit - the drivers were really helpful as well even with me changing the goalposts half way through. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient service. From first contact with Barry in the Edinburgh office I had really efficient and speedy help. He organised a very competitive quote, followed through at every stage with updates and completed the transaction in record time. Shiv in the Glasgow office is quick off the mark whenever we need anything. We are new to NWH but I know already that they can be trusted, nothing is too much bother and they are friendly which helps. More recently we hired out of the Dundee depot and they were just as helpful too. Their driver Duncan Herd from that depot was super efficient on site. Keep up the good work guys!

I enquired with NWH 18th April and got an email back within 2 hours from Rachel. She was so helpful and provided very competitive prices for trade waste. Our account was opened within 4 hours of my original email with the bins scheduled to be dropped off a couple of days later. Rachel was so helpful and efficient and I can't recommend enough!!
