Excellent service provided by Daniel. Had quite a few ongoing issues with my account and when Daniel came onboard everything was cleared up and sorted quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service bins always collected when requested and to a great standard. Ryan who I dealt with made the set up very easy and is in constant communication when we have any queries etc

Have only just recently joined NWH and been dealing with Ryan Connelly. So far the service has been great and Ryan went above and beyond to get the service started ASAP as we had problems with our previous provider. Hoping that things continue to go on as they are.

We have switched our supplier just before council stopped all the restaurant from keeping their bins on the pavements so it wasn't an easy task to manage our waste but with help of Daniel we now have less and less headache with our waste.

We have used NWH now for many years and have never really had any issues. If there is a problem they have always sorted things out for us quickly. Just opened a new account for one of our places in Leith recently and the process was very smoothly completed thanks too the rep Michelle. We recently had an issue with our staff not separating the waste properly and Michelle was down on her knees helping me pick up and separate the waste. Obviously a company that will go the extra mile for you. The help from Michelle will not be forgotten. Thanks again.

I just wanted to send a little note of appreciation about one of your drivers.( Nick, a bulker driver, usually M30NWH) He has consistently went above and beyond over the festive period, giving updates on timescales , waiting times, issues at our contractor depots(which would affect our haulage)for example weighbridges closing earlier than stated. Or for example this morning notifying me that there was an issue with his trailer and that he would be back on site asap with a replacement. He is so friendly & helpful towards all our staff. In this day and age where customer service is often not a priority he has shown what great customer service is. He is a real credit to you and your company. So on behalf of myself & my team we would like to say thank you and if you could also pass on our thanks to Nick that would be deeply appreciated. I wish to be able to just give zero star. Absolutely rubbish management system. Waste of time and money if you make any sort of business with NWH GROUP, DIRECTORY. eventough they bring any business or platform down with themselves.

Been with Nwh for a while now. Generally never a problem. Had a small issue recently, to be fair road was closed so it was harder for them to get to my bins. However spoke to Daniel and he got it sorted. Every Co. Can have an issue now and again, it's how it's dealt with that's important. Thanks for the great service.
