We've worked with NWH for a number of years & have always received great service. There have been a few hiccups along the way but when we've raised issues, they've always been dealt with fairly and quickly. We hope to continue our great working relationship for some time to come.

It was really easy to set up our waste collection service with NWH group. Our bins are being picked up as scheduled, no delays. Reasonable pricing as well. I do recommend this supplier! 5 star from me :)

Excellent fast service from Simone and the team at NWH, at fair rates. Would fully recommend them. Compared to most companies (that are needlessly old-fashioned, lack customer service, and get you to write on pdf forms and scan them in - an absolute hassle), NWH send everything through rapidly as an Adobe link that is really easy to fill and sign digitally.

January 18th - £230+vat for 8 yard skip. August 3rd - £420+vat for 8 yard skip. Advised there has been a price increase............ 82.6%, NWH are potentially exploiting the inflation situation as cost's of fuel for vehicle are cheaper now than in January along with same fee's for disposal. You'll be better placed to liaise with your local skip hire firm.

I witnessed one of your skips overloaded spilling content into street with no net or protection for fellow road users... No health or safety for pedestrians..I contacted this company and told them.... I wonder what came of my complaint.?

In looking to change supplier of waste services it was important for us to understand where all our waste being disposed of was going. NWH provided acceptable solutions for all three areas in food waste , dry mixed recycling , and general waste. For the first months our service was taken care of by Finlay . We’ve used NWH for a few years now following a local firm selling to the impossible to deal with biffa. Nothing is a problem from booking the skip to it being delivered collected. Sue our regular driver is an absolute star who always goes above and beyond and is a credit to the company.

Contacted NWH and spoke to Rachel for help with a clearance project. I knew nothing about waste removal and Rachel guided me through the whole process, made recommendations, provided pricing and account setup.
