Been promised three different delivery dates and still awaiting delivery. Just not happy with the delivery service, it may not be your fault but it reflects on you

If I could give these Company zero stars I would. The Urn we received was not as described on their Website and the Company don't give a dam. All they say is 'oh the Manufacture changed their process and didn't tell us we will update our site to ensure it doesn't happen again'. No offer of a replacement or refund despite our numerous emails requesting one. We are now at the point of sending a formal complaint about the Company to Trading Standards. I would suggest you go elsewhere for any Urn you need and don't give yourself anymore stress at a time of bereavement.

Item arrived within time scale. A nice decorative piece but has slight damage to back cover around one screw hole. This doesn't show much but would have expected this to be faultless, given the price.
