For the price I would expect for it to be perfect but the corners of mine are already peeling

I was given a price of £249 including postage and packing. I received the urn which is lovely BUT I have now received an invoice for £8.50 for import duty! The shop of called URNS UK, it is not by problem that you import from Poland and this charge should be factored into the price shown.

Still haven’t received confirmation of when the new urn will arrive or collection of the damaged one I think your company are a joke

How do you choose an urn for a loved one? Urns UK have a good choice and at very reasonable cost. I chose a pink one with butterflies for my mum. I'm sure she would have approved. Easy ordering and quick delivery made a stressful time a lot easier.
