Needing to buy an urn was not something I thought I'd be doing. Especially not for my dad who passed suddenly at 58 years old. However I chose this one and anything else I looked at didn't come close. The delivery was super fast and it was very well packaged. I actually panicked about the size when I saw the box but it was just very well packaged. It is truly stunning and of the quality that my dad deserves.

There was an error on the correct item being delivered… it happens! What I am eternally grateful for is the staff at Urns UK’s response. It was immediately rectified and with no messy returns and with their gracious apologies. They even dealt with the crematorium directly without and hesitation. Excellent service, customer care, support and communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to any person in the sad position of needing your services.
