The urn was delivered super fast from France ie 36hrs ! And im delighted with it. Just what mum would have wanted . The picture on the site doesnt do it justice .

I had some reservations about ordering the ashes pendant as you can never tell from website images what the product is going to look like in real life but I have to say the necklace exceeded my expectations! And it came beautifully packaged in a box which lights up when you open it up which really brings out the sparkle and the colours of the pendant. The whole ordering process was very simple and the manufacture and delivery was very fast. I am more than happy with the product and the service provided by Urns UK. If I have one criticism, it is that they could market their products better on their website. The website looks a bit “cheap” and could do with a bit of refining but that said I was still happy to purchase from them. I just don’t think that the website does their products the justice they deserve, which is a shame as it might be off putting to potential customers. And on a last note the fact that the company is not based in the UK was certainly not an issue to me. I had a great service and my order was dispatched and delivered very quickly. And the final product was way better than what I expected!

Quick and efiicient service with a really easy to use website

When I bought two urns from UrnsUK I thought it was a UK company but the package arrived from France it was enormous, so much packaging! I didn’t like one of the Urns so I decided to send it back. I telephoned for return information to be told that I couldn’t write on the first box the urn was in. I had to put it inside another box with a bit of packaging and send it to URNS UK at an address in France! I had to pay the postage so as it was an EU address it cost £22. The other brass/silver urn is lovely and was bought on offer. Couldn’t get another as the price had gone up!
