The product looked lovely online. Unfortunately we had the cremation before the urn arrived so just had to purchase one from crematorium. As product had not yet arrived, I emailed Urns UK to say I would have to return the item and would a full refund be available. They advised me to just not accept delivery. I got a full refund promptly after the product was received back by them. Excellent customer service.

Although not very good on line myself,i found it easy to order,and delighted with my necklace.

I received my wooden Urn and it is absolutely beautiful, just what I wanted for my husbands ashes. Also ordered a couple of ashes necklaces and they were beautiful too.
