Ordering was very easy. Quick delivery and item was very well packed.

The urn arrived with flimsy packaging, it was damaged and had various scratches on both the underside and the glass globe. My husband sent an email on 11th June with photographs as we cannot find a return address for a replacement. To date he has not received a reply.

Made a telephone call first and was given polite answers to my enquiries , placed an order on line received the urn within 3 days , was delighted with the urn (heavier than expected)

Found exactly what I wanted (plain rosewood urn) at a sensible price - other companies either don’t offer the type or charge a much higher price.

Ordered men’s bracelet for my hubby and it’s beautiful exactly what I was looking for. Only issue was didn’t receive the filter for adding the ashes.

Everything ran smoothly Happy with the urn, company very prompt and helpful DHL carriers delivered to incorrect address, but not the company's fault as it had the proper address on it. Fortunately near enough geographically for me to go and retrieve it.

Excellent goods and great quality. We were looking for something we could wear everyday to remember our loved one. The necklace is absolutely perfect for me, I like contemporary styles and things that are different. This style lays flat on the chest and only I know the specific reason behind the jewellery. The bracelet was for my husband who is and was exceptionally good kind and generous to my loved one, deserves to have it close to him also. Very happy with this heart Urn,we got this for our dogs ashes,we wanted to make sure all his ashes fitted inside, so opted for the 5" heart which was ideal. It's really lovely. So pleased we chose the one we did. Packed very securely & delivered when stated.

It is a nice product. Vibrant colours and a nice style. Slightly smaller than expected. Hopefully it will do the job.
