A good quality item, received very well packed, and very pleased with my little doggie urn.

I ordered a beautiful urn for my cats ashes, the photo on the website didn't do it justice. It arrived, very well packaged, the tracking site wasn't the best but I did receive it within 2 weeks of ordering. When it arrived there was an exposed screw, I emailed urns uk asking for some advice on what to do to fix it, this was during the Easter holidays, I received a generic reply stating that they are closed until Tuesday after Easter Monday and will get a full response then, but I still haven't had any form of contact from the company, the only bad experience I have had with the company is the contact or lack of. I would give 5 stars if they had gotten back in touch with me.

Ordered a small wooden Hadley urn ( see website ) as a memorial for my late wife's ashes. VERY disappointed with what I received. Workmanship and appearance of the wooden casket was SUPERB but the brass furnishings were TATTY ! The ' solid brass ' flower of remembrance on the lid was quite visibly corroded and totally ruined the aesthetics of this product. If I could get it WITHOUT the flower and arrange for my own engraved brass plate to put on to the lid it would be PERFECT.

I ordered 5 keepsake and one middle size and one large urns. I have to say the are absolutely beautiful. Many people have said they have never seen one so nice. Only one issue that I hate to say is one of the keepsake one had a small bit of engraving missing.

Could of been told delivery date on order date but a beautiful capsule to keep ashes. Very large but I couldn't fit the bag in so I had to pour the ashes out the bag into the urn as the neck of urn was slim but that was my inexperience. Quick delivery and solid product 👌 The lid is screwed on so that is great too.

Excellent quality hand made piece, really discrete for its purpose,but also stands out aesthetically, very pleasing on the eye with such deep memories within,did take a while to get to us,but to be expected with a hand made piece of art,some confusion with delivery,but Google translate helped where our French recall failed.
