my experience was ok, and although I asked for the lettering in silver, I received it in gold. But I am happy with the product and would recommend Urns UK to other people

I would like to know why is the chain a different colour to the locket ?

Excellent quality and value for money. Delivery was very speedy and the urn was well packaged.

(I wasn't going to bother with a review as I was so exhausted with it all, but I keep getting reminders to leave a review, so here it is) At various points I was given incorrect information about the ETA of the urn until eventually they stopped replying to emails. While the urn eventually arrived, this was only after a dispute was opened with PayPal after they stopped replying to emails (they despatched it literally the next working day once PayPal contacted them). While the company were quick to take payment, in the end it took a month between the payment being taken and the urn arriving, despite it saying 2-4 days on the site, and initially being told a week via email, and then being told "it'll be despatched tomorrow" 2 weeks before it actually was (that's when they stopped replying until they had actually sent it a few weeks later). The urn itself is nice, but the whole experience was emotionally exhausting at an already extremely difficult time following a sudden and unexpected death. Thing is, it was the cold and callous attitude that did it for me, had they just been transparent and honest from the outset I would have totally understood, it was the constant goalpost moving and then them ignoring emails until PayPal got involved which is why they get 1 star (heavens help anyone buying on debit card without these protections). If they had told me from the off they were having issues and it'd take up to a month, I would have understood, but that's not the approach they decided to take.

The product is lovely however I ordered it on November 3rd and it wasn't dispatched until the 24th! Not only that but despite the company name, they ship from France. Communication from the company was very poor.

Beautifully made Tardis urn - very pleased with it.

Only one cuff link was in each package. I rang and they apologised but 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the order.

Lovely quality and received quickly

The urn is well made, great quality and a lot bigger than I thought but it stands out and looks amazing on my hearth. Would definitely recommend.

The bracelet took much longer than promised to arrive, I had to chase it up with an email -which wasn’t answered -and then a phone call. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item, it was more flimsy than expected. And there was no presentation box. So another email which, again, wasn’t answered, so another phone call which was answered after a 25 minute wait. The presentation box was duly sent, however it is much too small to fit the bracelet into. So at the moment I’m still trying to get through to the company by phone, but am having no luck ( phone keeps being cut off).

ordered with confidence, they looked to be exactley what i required for my wife's susan's ashes ,then waited and waited .i enquired what the hold up was and was told they had moved and were experiencing trouble's this just got longer and longer tried tracking and that proved hopeless in the end i gave up waiting and wanted a refund a complete waste of time and effort.
