Very helpful on telephone and happy with product

We had a few questions about the various urns and they were very helpful. Once we had decided on out particular urn the delivery was quicker than expected and as it was glass the item was very well wrapped.

Took 6 weeks to arrive to receive 2 urns (mansfield) and I'm absolutely gobsmacked and gutted and broken hearted how cheap they are ..! They are just 2 oversized plastic bowls with stickers on for pictures that haven't even been put on correctly !!!! Absolute rip off and tacky ..! Waited 6 weeks for these expecting something nice and special and received these ... no way our mother is going in them ! I've now had a call off Peter, who was really nice and explained its a manufacturing issue which is past him to over see , (unfortunately) ...Peter was really understanding and I believe his words an have trust it was a 1 off .... and will be reselecting my urns and returning the others there is just an issue with supplier/manufacturer that needs to be addressed for future clients so they don't have the same first experience like myself , hopefully after this issue is resolved I will have faith again for myself and anyone purchasing from urns uk

Oh my word! Arrived less than 24 hours from ordering. Bought for my Auntie as she wanted something nice for her cats ashes. Highly recommend and will be my first port of call if I need urn-other (sorry, I had to haha) in the future :)

Excellent service. They contacted me by phone on a couple of occasions to make sure I'd ordered the correct size Urn. It turned out I needed a larger size than previously ordered. This was not a problem for them at all. The particular Urn I wanted was for the cremation ashes of my 10yr old daughter so I ordered the child size thinking that would be big enough, as it turned out I needed the adult size so they made it specially to fit my daughters ashes. The Urn arrived very quickly, It's beautifully made. It's just perfect, exactly what i wanted. I cannot fault their customer service and would highly reccomend Urns UK
