There is no implement in thr box to open the little urns, they so small you have to hunt round for something open it with

Absolutely amazing service. I opted for the Aura star necklace and it's so beautiful I cried. The pack to send off the ashes arrived quickly (though my only complaint would be that I only had 1 day to post due to the strikes, as the prepaid label expired by the day after I received my pack). I then received correspondence to inform me that the ashes had arrived. I did contact them a week after it was expected to ship and was told it had shipped that morning, but 2 weeks to create such a beautiful piece is a justifiable amount. The packaging my necklace arrived in was unreal, a gift box, with my necklace in a smaller box, surrounded by artificial roses, in a gift bag which contained care instructions and a certificate of authenticity with my loved ones name. Even though I knew what to expect I can safely say it blew all expectations out of the water, and I cried happy tears when I put it on. Hands down an incredible experience and I will recommend Urns.co.uk and Aura Star forever. I cannot comment on the longevity of it as I have not had the piece long.
