My daughter found your company on the internet, nd s soon as I saw the urn I choose, I knew it was the one I wanted for my husbands ashes. Delivery was very quick and I even had a time sent to me if delivery. Excellent service from th moment I placed the order.

My service was very good from urns uk unfortunately I never got my order because pdp didn’t leave the package in a safe place like they were told .they left it on my doorstep and it bow away because it was a windy day.

Never received parcel delivery was dpd as working had it delivered to pick up shop it was delivered on Tuesday 28/2/23 and I had until the Monday 6/3/23 to collect however when I went to collect on Thursday 2/3/23 the shop sent it back with dpd to you After several calls to dpd customer to try and stop it being sent back where they did not help I was spoken to rudely ask for a manager to call me twice and both times they haven’t bothered obviously this has been quite upsetting for me as it was for ashes of a loved one that had recently passed away I was supposed to bring the urn onto the funeral director to fill and now it’s on its way back to France very disappointing and this has caused a lot of upset

I ordered my boy a cute dinosaur urn because he liked dinosaurs and it came really quick and it is better than I thought it would be. he would be happy with it

We wanted a plain but good quality urn and that is exactly what we received. Beautifully packed so no damage and top quality. We are very happy with it.

Original report : Firstly, the product arrived split and damaged in a perfect shipping box, so product was not checked prior to packing. Considering this is my wife’s intended resting place I was appalled. Emailed customer support to alert the to damage and and got no response. Calling themselves UrnsUK is odd, as they ship from Portugal and EU, not really a UK sourcing business. Updated report: After waiting for a response from UrnsUK, it finally came a week later in the form of a phone call. The person promised to send a new urn and it did eventually arrive in a considerably larger box, in perfect condition. Overall the product(s) are good from what I’ve seen, so as long as the customer service and suppliers can talk about quality control and making it better then UrnsUK are worth recommending. Have upgraded to 4-stars from 1-star. Would be 5 if not for the hiccup in quality service.

Nice item when it eventually arrived a month after it was ordered, slow response to emails and tracking information in French didn’t help much either

First order did not arrive. Had to chase and wait. Chase again. New order organised but had to chase again when it did not arrive when told it would. Eventually it came as predicted by yet another email. The urn is fine and as expected.

There were a few marks on the wood which was a bit disappointing
