Only 3 out of 4 arrived. However the family were not sure about the aesthetics of the Urns. So they were returned for refund. This aspect of the business I would give 5 stars as they processed everything from the return quickly and efficiently. Top dogs there.

Very well packed and delivery was very quick. Really nice Urn. Looks like a piece of modern decor rather than the standard shape of an Urn.

Poor quality wooden heart, brass type dog's paw marked and scratched. Stand(additional purchase) not suitable as prongs too short, so heart does not sit in stand correctly and slides out,tried many positions. Had to use sticky tabs on stand to stop heart flying off and across room. This further spoils look of item. Looked good on Web page, but very disappointed when it arrived. Will use as small casket instead and bury it and find superior quality one for indoor use.

Amazing service, the Urn is for My Mums ashes, it is absolutely beautiful,My family have commented on how lovely and unusual it is.

I ordered an urn but had to return it due to my own miscalculation on size and twas far too big. They helped with the returns after I rang them - I did not get an email back until after I rang and explained this. Person on phone couldn't not have been more helpful and polite.
