After two weeks I was told that the urn I had ordered was unavailable and was offered a near replacement. It took 8 weeks in total to arrive and was disappointing as we had wanted a star embellished urn and when it arrived it was only embellished on the front and most of the shapes were flowers. We found it quite traumatic to wait so long for the urn but for it then to be not really what we thought we had ordered was heartbreaking. We didnt return it because we had waited to long at this point. It has made an already hard experience really difficult. Surely in this day and age they should know if an item is in stock before they take your cash.

We took a lot of time decided which urn we wanted for my Dads ashes. We didn’t want something which was ‘obviously’ an urn and we wanted something different. The engraved silver teardrop we chose is beautiful! We ordered the medium and a keepsake size. Both are perfect and you can instantly see the quality in the creation and weight of both. They are beautiful. Delivery was super quick also and we received sooner than expected. Could not fault this amazing company, the quality of the urns and the overall service.
