It took us a long time to have the courage to buy an urn for our baby boy, but so glad we used urns uk, the choice they had & the ability to personalise was so lovely. It's not something you should ever have to buy for a child but Urns uk made the process so easy & their customer service was brilliant.

The actual product I purchased is really lovey and of great quality. However the very strong pungent smell on a the outer cardboard packaging and all over the lovely display box and contents has ruined it. I’ve had to throw away the display box (which I wanted to keep). I’ve tried all sorts to clear the smell but it’s still really awful. Such a shame.
