I encountered an issue this week when I placed my bi monthly order for my dogs medication. I was getting very flustered as the order didn't seem to be progressing. I called your team and spoke to Will quite a few times and I can confirm that he was very professional and managed to sort out the issue. He was very calm and talked me through the issues. Put one vial on the back of my cats neck - she is just over 5kg but I used just one vial. Thank goodness I did as she started fitting and had about 7 fits , one every two hours. Thankfully, I cancelled the appointment to have her put to sleep and she is now absolutely fine
