Numerous moving businesses need to be looked into, not only for illegal activity like theft but also for willful and egregious neglect. The phrase "the good, the terrible, and the ugly" refers to moving companies rather than a cowboy film. Not the case with Dumbo Moving and Storage.

Davit, Shalva and Makar (truck 106) were the best movers I’ve ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ve moved so many times (two cross country moves and 10+ city moves). This move was easily the best experience I’ve ever had, thanks to those three! They arrived right on time. They were SO fast…it was actually unbelievable how efficient and effective they were. Davit was organized, communicated with me the entire time, extremely professional, and very kind. We were not planning on taking our couch because the movers we used when we moved into the apt said it “couldn’t fit it in the door” so we had to call the couch doctor (if you’re in NYC you know what I’m talking about.). Luckily, this time around, Davit looked at it and said, “we can move that and get it out the door”. Sure enough, they did! It literally saved us thousands of dollars. We had a great experience with Dumbo movers. My daughter recently graduated and was moving into her own apartment. She had about 40 boxes and bags of clothing but no real furniture expect for a rolling desk chair. The move would be too much for my husband and I to move her in ourselves. I was looking for someone to help with the move but wouldn’t charge pricing for a large move. Dumbo did just that for us. Jonathan and his partner were professional and punctual. They loaded their van with my daughters belongings and drove across state lines then delivered all her boxes and bags up to her apartment which is a three story walk up. We couldn’t have been more pleased. I’d recommend Dumbo to anyone for their moving needs
