Movers were on time and pleasant however any follow up calls regarding logistics were not professionally handled. Moving is stressful, and I’d expect better customer service when navigating certain logistics. I spoke with Maya who was rude and unhelpful.

Moving has always been stressful for me but my last move went so smooth with Dumbo. I don’t usually write review but I needed to let everyone know that this company did all possible to accommodate around my schedule and the pricing was very affordable

The staff were very responsive and supportive in scheduling and setting up the move. The crew arrived early and pitched in right away. The guys were amazing, thoughtful, considerate and very hard working. It was a big move and they made the pick up AND drop off as painless as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

The men that came were excellent. They were hard working, courteous and really careful. They were really interested in pleasing us and were pleasant all day long. Tina at the office is an angel 😇. So accommodating and truly sweet a pleasure to work with. We had diffucult extenuating circumstances that caused us to have to change the move twice. But she never got upset or ruffled. Just always seemed to care about us and how she could get it done. Its so hard to find great customer service these days and at a very reasonable price I might add!!! I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER !! I have moved a total of 26 times including this recent move with DUMBO Movers. So I know a good moving company. My stress was through the roof when I realized I needed to hire movers the day before the actual move. Luka with DUMBO Movers answered my early morning call and assured me that he could have movers handle everything and they would be there the next day whenever was convenient for me. He was professional personable and responsive. AND---The price was reasonable!! The next day the mover, Marco ,(amazing muscular Iron-man of a guy) called me on time as scheduled. My 21 year old daughter was moving into her first apartment (a 4 story walk up). The 4 story walkup was the biggest worry but not for Marco. My daughters roommate had asked 2 friends to come by in case we needed extra help but Marco was a phenom!!! He did it all!!! He was so strong so fast and so careful (nothing broken etc) The roommate and helpers sat on the couch with mouths hanging open. Marco had brought everything up the 4 stories in less than 30 minutes. When Marco left my daughter’s friends said “He was so fast we timed him; it took him 11 seconds to climb those stairs-every time!!” Honestly, I have never seen anything quite like it !!! Maybe Marco really is training for the Ironman....either way it was my luck that I called DUMBO Movers 😊 So much thanks and appreciation to Luka, Marco and everyone at DUMBO movers for the BEST MOVE EVER. These movers were 100% professional from my initial phone call to the very end of the move. The office staff to make the appointment were highly knowledgeable and very efficient with detailed follow ups. The crew on move day were prompt, professional and experts in their field. Moving in general is a very stressful experience. I had ZERO stress with this move and would recommend them to anyone with any moving needs.

I used Dumbo Moving for my recent move from UWS to LES. The quote was reasonable and the crew were so helpful and kind. In the past I've tried to save money going through Task Rabbit thinking that it would be less expensive. However, it cost more than DUMBO Moving and both times had damage to my furniture. The customer service from start to finish was excellent! Even the supervisor came by at the end to see if I was satisfied. I'd highly recommend this company.

Best moving experience to date!!! I have used Dumbo several times in the last couple of years and their service has always been great but this last move was TOP NOTCH service. Best duo assigned for my move. I booked the 4 hrs - 2 movers and a truck option a day before my move and the quoting process with Andrew was fast & easy. On day of the move, the 2 movers who came on site were on time and very professional. Worked as a well coordinated team, working fast to ensure we finished within time window & avoid the extra charge for extra hours beyond time allotted. They handled all my furnishings & house with care throughout the move in process & even helped with assembly of beds. Thanks again Dumbo team. Will definitely use you again and recommend friends + family.

They did a great job

I don’t know what medicine these people were on when they had these so called movers and tell great reviews but it the contrary. They don’t put the right inventory and when they get there they don’t say hi or anything just give me a tip. Than with the wrong inventory they wouldn’t take half of the items and we had to leave it there. Than the owner promised to a least take my mom bed than goes back on it. They also wanted a extra 700 if they take the other half. We are in the process of talking to a lawyer and suing them. They are sooooooooo wrong and dishonest in so many ways!

We had a great experience with DUMBO movers and recommend them. They were very transparent with the pricing, arrived on time and took very good care of our belongings. Sam and his teammate were our movers and were friendly and worked efficiently. Andrew in sales was also excellent, communicated promptly and made the entire process easy.

I would never ever hire this company had I known what they were like. They stole thousands of dollars worth of my belongings, damaged my furniture and then said, "we expect a $600 tip, we don't make a lot of money". I felt threatened and cheated. I can tell you now, they are not worth the schmoozing you'll get when you first call. Every bad stereotype you hear about movers ... that's DUMBO. When I called to tell the man who initially quoted me (by the way, the quote was bull, they had to make a second trip and charged double) he said, "file a report for insurance". This was a very very bad experience. you have been warned!
