Ordered a different heatsink for a new hot end, I needed the cad model so I could design and print a mount for it. Got on to support and immediately I was pointed to a drawing of the part. Brilliant service, by the time the heatsink arrived I had a mount printed for it.

Not sure what to say. I keep coming back to E3D.

The product was great, the taxes and administration fee's afterwards was not a planned part. So I'd say that the mystery box costing ~30 GBP, then with added transportation cost, and import tax + fee's it ended up costing roughly the double. If this was more clarified I probably wouldn't have minded, but as I get cost after cost in retrospect I'm not a happy camper..

Ordered a Revo Prusa MK3 hot end which was delivered promptly. The Revo is an improvement on the V6 originally fitted and nozzle changing is simple. The online installation guide is easy to follow but does not fully explain that the Prusa firmware needs to be rolled back to v11 to overcome a Thermal Anomaly issue.

No issues Simple process, parts worked.

I decided to buy this kit in hopes it would fix my under extrusion and it certainly did. This kit was very easy to install and I like the fact that I can entirely remove the hot end without having to mess with wiring. I also paired this upgrade with a Bondtech extruder and combined transformed my mini into a impressive machine.

Bought one of their mystery boxes. Which they fully described the potential items that could be in the box. Was pleasantly surprised with the mix that I particularly got. And could see that there was still value in what I received and the number of usable items both in existing printers and potentially putting together to make other items was very good

Works exactly as advertised. Nozzle swaps are far more welcoming and something I have done more times since I installed my first Revo Prusa MINI edition a week ago than I have the entire time I've owned my printers. I liked it so much I bought this one soon after for my other Prusa MINI. The first install I was back and forth with the instructions making sure I was doing things right. The second time I realized how easy it actually is and it took about 20 minutes (not counting putting the cable in the cable tube thing).

Documentation Lacking. Was able to put it together with the help of a youtube video, but the documentation in the box and on the website doesn't seem good to putting it together.

Quality of product is top-notch. I was able to switch between nozzle with no z height change. I wish there was in the guide entry for the orientation of the connectors on the hotend side. They are bulky and get in the way when tucked down or on the sides, only placement is on the top side behind the toolhead. Price is little high and there's no spare silicone rings with the bundle incase one breaks. Also could have indicated the diameter size on the silicon rings?

I am absolutely discussed with the price that I had to pay for customs. If you are in Europe my recommendation do not buy anything unless all the costs are transparent and paid in full before delivery.

E3D are always prompt with delivery.

Item not received

The installation of my Prusa MK3 Revo kit was very straight forward. I installed the Revo firmware to supposedly make the thermal model of the Revo compatible. But, not so! And there was absolutely no mention of this problem on the E3D web site. I had to hunt around the Prusa forums for a work-around.

The quality of the parts is top notch! The shipping from GB to US was also surprisingly fast. I did run into an issue when clicking through Voron Revo components, the default are not compatible with Voron. When I inquired about an exchange, it took a few days to get a response. It would be great if the parameters of the Revo components were tailored to the printer, as I am using the Voron navigation to get there anyway. Also, there are a bunch of US distributors of E3D parts, so maybe a kind suggestion we look into those instead of paying for the shipping? I know these are technically my problem, but would be quality of life improvements.
