Drop in replacement. This should be standard in the X1 Carbon. Print quality is is noticeably better. Flow can now keep up with the speed of the printer. I got the .40, kind of wish I had gotten the .60.

After deciding to buy, based on a couple of positive reviews, the ordering process was pretty much painless - choose the voltage, number of nozzles, press Go! Delivery was really quick - unexpectedly so. The product is a tiny little jewel of high quality parts, with a set of leads and spares. Although I've not yet had a chance to install it, the instructions are clear and straightforward.

Purchased the Revo nozzles for my Ender 3 S1. Massive upgrade, really simple to change and good quality. Easy to assemble.

I purchased a Revo MK3S+ upgrade in early 2023. It would not pass thermal calibration on the Prusa. I removed it and tried again after several firmware releases indicated compatibility with this upgrade. No dice - still failing! So I bought ANOTHER Revo upgrade in Jan 2024. Installed and flashed to the REVO 3.12 firmware and NO DICE. Still faiils! I had to dig around on Google to find that you need to downgrade firmware for this to work, and that is really bad for an "upgrade". Blobs of death on the first Revo and this second one I don't feel very confident in downgrading my firmware again. Surely E3D Revo could look into this issue? I would normally NOT give a "negative" review to anyone, but I think you need to hear this officially and do something about it.

The products are top notch, but I ended up pay way more than I wanted between shipping costs and customs fees.

The standard revo nozzles are a bit too expensive for me so I’m thinking of going back to a standard v6 setup. I’d love an obxidian revo and I’ve been waiting for a while for them to come back into stock but the price puts them well out of my reach sadly as a hobbyist

Horrible Horrible Horrible. One of the worst companies to deal with. No way to call on the phone. The form you need to fill out to submit a technical support request is more complex then applying for a loan forcing you to provide information that has nothing to do with your request and it will not let you submit unless you fill out EVERYTHING including serial number, lot number, etc. Resolving complex issues via email waiting and waiting between email responses is a test in customers patience. I would suspect most people just give up. I think this is why they do not have a technical support telephone numbers. I will never ever buy anything from them again. Just not worth paying money to deal with their disfuctions. They responded with some cookie cutter non-sense about being sorry for my frustration. If they were truely sorry they would have helped me at some point along the 6 months of the same issue. The bottom line they sold me something they said was compatible and it wasn't and they are unwilling to stand behind. Beware

I definitely dislike your exaggerated shipping costs for some very small items of £26.53 to Switzerland. I hope i can avoid any further orders! :-(((((

Creality Volcano hot end has copper sleeve that separated from throat causing jamming. Attempted to disassemble to perform hot retightening, ended up losing a brass tip inside heater core and unable to remove feeding throat. Time to try Revo, though I wish there was high flow option for ObXidian or steel nozzles.

Great product. Got my printer back up and printing better than before. I’ve only got a few prints in since swapping in the new parts but I’m liking the results so far. The new heater core heats up much faster. The ability to cold swap nozzles without tools is awesome. I’m still working through the settings to effectively use the larger nozzles. Swapping the new heater core in took about 30 minutes but it’s not anymore difficult than assembling the printer. The online directions were detailed and helpful. I did run through the setup wizard to correct the Z axis height difference after installing so keep that in mind when you budget time for when to do the swap.
